This is the 5th time someone else in my apartment complex has received my items instead of me. They never follow up about it. We aren’t even going to discuss how this is the only place in town to apply for passports and they never answer OR return calls for appointments. They are the THE WORST.

The wait is pretty long, if a teller needs to go to lunch she will close no matter how long the line is. When a neighbor moved in next door they changed the locks on my mailbox instead of my neighbors, I called to get this resolved and they came out a few days later and changed my locks again then wanted me to pay $15. I never requested a lock change in the first place. If they would have allowed me to speak to someone regarding the manner it would have all been avoided. When I explained the problem to the teller, they did not charge me for their mistake which was great.

My experience with The Postal service on South slappey in Albany ga has been the worst since I've purchased a P.o. box. there. I've had this p.o. box 2 month's with no mail of my own. Every time I check it's the same woman's mail in my box. This is a paid for p.o. box .......explain to me how this mix up happened and Myself and another person share the same P.o. box, only I have never gotten any male for myself out of it since I purchased?????

The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. The credit card machine doesn't work for all debit cards.
