Phone answering system isn't helpful WHAT SO EVER whenever you are trying to get a customer service rep on the line. It legitimately hung up on me every time, because I wanted to speak with customer service regarding a service that was not mentioned during the auto operator. You guys really need to keep a human to human experience present on the call line, even if you are trying to save money as a business.

After searching online for a post office that I could submit my passport application to the Brightwood office was the closest. I arrived and a young woman with long weave greeted me and advised that ALL forms for passports were on the wall. A few minutes later and older woman wearing a wig said I needed to go to Brentwood M-S from 9 until 4 and gave me the other form I needed from the back. After being directed to another location, I asked if they no longer offered the service and she stated oh we do we don't have any available. Now, I'm Black and was helped by two Black women one who gave me wrong info. regarding the forms and the other who referred me to a location in NE DC. With that being said I'm truly disappointed with the service and I hate to say it, but what did I expect.

I had the greatest experience in this US post office everyone was so nice and so helpful!!!! They help me to ship some boxes in the cheapest way as possible!, só far the best US post office service that I ever had!, and I've been in a lot of post offices, so far the best !
