Had a certified letter come in from the Saint Mary's county regarding an urgent matter. A notice was never left to my door to go pick up this letter. I found out I actually had a letter waiting for me at the post office because an intermediary office having nothing to do with USPS called me and told me "hey, you've been sent this letter from the county, tracking number such and such, status says 'left notice at door' 15 days ago, you have 30 days to take care of this issue from the date on the letter." Well thank you! Also, manager appears to be bipolar.

Very bad customer service i received. I am hispánic anda a girl who works there. Not the Skiny if not she. The other is very rude, I think she Don like hispánic customer, because when she attends a person the same color she is very kind . I went to pick Up my corespondence and she asked me for ID i said i going to bring to the car and she said. In which mind come and not bring an identification and she started to laugh at me with another Customer. I felt bad.. she is racist

So far, I've been standing here 20 mins while the only clerk working a window looks for a package. Meanwhile 15 people are waiting for service.

Very bad service I send a package to Florida next day service and he did not got the package the third day I whent back for may money back and the manager did not resolve my problem she just walk away...

Would give it zero stars if possible. Ive had the same experience as many others... Rude staff; a phone line which is never available or picked up; long lines because the desk staff chats casually behind the glass with coworkers or engages with gossip with customers after their transaction is complete. I've also had the mysterious "delivery attempted" notice come via email with no physical notice at my front door and while I was sitting at home waiting for the package. The USPost Master needs to take these complaints seriously.
