I’ve used this post office for the better part of 3 years. Disorganized with piles of stamps, paperwork, and cash behind the desk. Impossible to see prices until you’re standing at the bullet proof glass and despite the five service stations it seems like they’re staffed by one person every day of the week - it’s the same lady and man oh man does she do her best against her he never ending onslaught of customer dissatisfaction. If USPS gets around to reading these reviews, please heavily consider hiring some extra hands for the front of house.

I've been here 3-4 times, each time more painful than the time before it. Last time I dropped of my quarterly tax payment to get a certified sticker on it, that trip took over an hour. I went at a neutral time, like 230 on a Wednesday. The lady that runs the joint is counting her days until she can collect her pension, the interior looks as if it were from a war-zone and they are often out of the shipping supplies / stickers and pens you will need. Go up to the Friendship Heights station if you can - night and day better.

They do not redeliver packages and nobody answers the phone when you call, if I could go lower than 1 star I would.

Horrible customer service. Don’t even try to do anything near lunch of 10:30. Who has lunch at 10:30AM. Dumbest thing I ever heard.

Walked in during their "lunch" hours from 10:30-11:00am. Was rudely dismissed by the lady behind the counter that told me that I disregard everyone else's schedule. Even though they don't advertise that time on any formal schedule. The time schedule on the door is scratched off. So one wouldn't even know what time their hours of operations are. Very rude service.
