USPS should devote more resources to this busy location! The office is tiny, yet in a very high-traffic area. It's also understaffed--normally just one person, who isn't usually super efficient--so it's slow, and the line to the counter can be out the door. I've never encountered rude staff. In fact, many of the customers are rude due to the slow service (and because they're all rushing to or from somewhere). Not a pleasant errand.

I frequent this location often. They're always pleasant and extremely helpful to me. As long as you speak to them respectfully without being condescending or snarky then they'll go above and beyond to assist you. This is the South (to me) so I have yet to go to any place down here and experience expediency... from customer service to taking public transpo during rush hour. Folks take their time.

So so Post Office location. Often out of forms and Priority Mail supplies. Nice that it opens early, but there is usually a line. The Automated Postal Center is typically faster for most transactions. Staff is often rude.

Super rude. Got there right as they were closing. They were helping another customer. I said I just needed to buy a stamped envelope. They refused to help me and actually straight up ignored me. Awful service. Literally would have taken 29 second to help me. I told them that's all I needed.

I went in to mail a letter, (get this now)I had a $20 bill to mail my letter was 89.cents he said we don't have change for $20, use your credit card...... why would i use my card for 89.cents. The guy with a long nail on his pinkey finger with black nail polish..... said  if everyone comes in here with 20's how do you expect us to keep change. that's not my problem. I called to report this and the Supervisor was rude too.... RIP......CUSTOMER SERVICE
