Shipped a car part with 3 day shipping to CT. It took 3 days to get to the Cleveland distribution center. I could have driven it there faster. Can't drive my car until I get the new part in. Don't sell me 3 day when it takes 10.

Terrible. I ordered something on Prime at Amazon, and the package is still sitting in this office. It's been over 5 days now. Judging by the other reviews, this place seems to lose mail a whole lot, so I'm assuming that's what happened here. They either need new management or they need to close down. Wasted money for an item I never received. Do your damn jobs.

Had a tracking number and an alert from Amazon that my package was delivered. I had and have no package. I brought the info to the post office because their phone was off the hook. He wouldn't even lookup my package to try and find out what happened. Merry Chrismas :/

    I have a great mailman ( Randy ) and his substitutes are good too. Very personable and notices what's going on in my neighborhood. I've never received my neighbor's mail nor have they received mine.
    As for this Post Office's staff, I've have always found them to be friendly and helpful. 
    Now for the matter of slow or lost mail, nobody truly knows who's to blame for that, if you take in consideration of how many locations the mail gets transferred through. 
    The problem  could be at another Post Office location. 🇺🇸

Less than helpful and very rude. Will try my best to find other means of sending postage would hate to inconvenience you guys anymore.
