Have tried to call four times. The first time, someone answered and hung up before I could say something.  The three subsequent times, the phone rings for a little more than three minutes and is then disconnected.  They have been sitting on a certified letter for two weeks that they haven't delivered.  Can I ask about it?  Apparently not.  Amazing incompetence.  Sounds like there may be an attitude problem as well.

No complaints here. Had a couple packages to ship, which the personable staff was happy to help with. I can see how it might be a little different situation when it gets busy in there like most post offices, but as for me and my experience, everything was on the up and up.

I've always found the Watertown Post Office to be dependable for shipping my mail-order packages out promptly, for courteous personal service, and for its great location right across the street from the Watertown Free Library. This is one of greater Boston's best, most efficient post offices.

I congratulate the staff on hating their customers and showing such derision and contempt as to be comedic. The man who served me insisted on scrolling through his phone before helping me. Or did I enjoy the way he pushed my stuff out of the way? Thank you for leaving a taste in my mouth worse than week old KFC.
