Simply awful! Received a notice to pick up a package in my PO Box but the box refused to open when I scan the yellow ticket, punching in the numbers does not work either. Spoke with several post workers nobody know what to do. Mike said come back later today or tomorrow, but it has been a week and the box still refused to open. Spoke with Mike again, he is still confused, so I told him to take down my number to call me when they got this figured out. Would be nice for them to ask me my name, I didn't give it to him since he did not ask, I felt like I should work for the post office as I can take the lead on exactly how I should help customers!

Ridiculously understaffed and exorbitant wait times. That said woman working was lovely. Other USPS workers walking behind desk and not stepping up to assist. Management needs to figure staffing out.

The customer service is appalling, and they are always understaffed. There will often be a single staff member working during busy hours, and the staff could not be any more rude, mean, and unhelpful. (Besides the one older asian man, who is very nice) During one visit, there was a mentally ill woman harassing staff and other customers, and the staff refused to call the police or do anything about it.

Worst costumer service ever! Clerks are super rude and talk to you so cold! They even made fun of the other costumer in front of me for not knowing where she can find some envelopes! One of them has the most pissy face I've ever seen and even not answering my questions! I can't believe they still work there!

Clerks here cannot be any slower, it's like what is the maximum time to take to do this task. A line that almost expanded at the street will not make then move faster, not sure what's wrong with them. I hate coming here, your time has no value just wait and wait until you die and no one will care.
