After a recent change of staff, this has been the most disorganized and slow post office I ever experienced. Chat to each other and disregard their customers. It was OK before, but now I can't wait them to be replaced by robots.

I've had the worst experiences I've ever had in a post office here at this place. They are disorganized and slow, which is bad enough on its own, but...they lose packages and/or don't even attempt to deliver them and then claim they did. The driver assigned to the route which includes the business I own, is the rudest and most incompetent driver ever. I've filed complaints with his superiors and absolutely NOTHING HAPPENED. NO CHANGE.

Walked in and there was no line around 10am on a weekday. Very helpful staff that quickly understood my needs.

the USPS in general does very little to help people ship packages. It should take notes from the way the UPS store helps people ship their packages, even if they have to charge more for premium services, because as of now if you don't show up with your package fully ready to ship there's little services the USPS offers to offer the customer a pleasant shipping experience. No wonder the USPS is having trouble staying afloat.
