The supervisor is rude and inprofessional. Called about undelivered electronic that stated on my tracking number "Delivered in/at mailbox" which first of all I do not have one and secondly the supervisor comes back stating the carrier never scanned the package, carrier stated he never delivered or scanned any packages due to inclement weather and to put icing on the cake, the supervisor told me to file a claim cause she was not looking through any packages to find my lost item. Totally lacking professionalism and empathy.

Very rude supervisor for 02118. They broke the package with very sensitive personal information. No apologies, "you are the lucky 1% who got their documents back after package was broken". Unfortunately, there are no alternatives to USPS when dealing with governmental agencies.

Sent a package that went through this facility. The package had not been scanned at delivery which made it difficult to track down why it was not received. Busy signal lasted for a good ten minutes when I first called, got ahold of a friendly customer service rep and she went to look for the package in facility while I was on hold for another 10 minutes. Package still has yet to be found.

Employees at the Roxbury, MA location are rude and incompetent. I have a mail forward request in place because I moved 2 MILES from Roxbury to Dorchester - within city limits! A package was accidentally addressed to my old address in Roxbury and arrived in this facility on 12/13. For some unknown reason, it appears to have sat on a truck and not moved for 4 days. On 12/17 it was inexplicably sent to Worcester to be forwarded back to Boston. It’s now been 4 days since that update and no one can tell me where my package is, which contains Christmas gifts that will not arrive on time now... and I am devestated. I have called the Roxbury facility 4 times and been promised two callbacks from supervisors that never came. Was “forgotten about” by one employee who left me on hold for 20+ minutes and I then waited to be connected to a supervisor for another 10 minutes before being disconnected. It seems that no one can intercept this package for me (or more likely - no one cares to) or even provide me with a number for the Worcester forwarding facility. Merry Christmas, I’m switching to UPS exclusively. This is the second time I’ve had this type of problem, the last time my package was never located.
