Extremely rude customer service, despite me quietly waiting in-line like everyone else. I don't expect people to treat me like a king for mailing my $5.00 dollar package, but some common courtesy can go along way when you're running a business centered around customer service. Will NEVER go here again, and would rather drive to Portage which is 15 miles more out of my way just to use any other shipping company.

We have removed snow on a daily basis from the front of out mailboxes. I drive an small, 1996 Honda Civic and can easily get in and out from the front of our mailbox. Apparently the carrier thinks that the path isn't clear enough. When we shovel and then the snow plow comes through, it sometimes leaves heavy, chunks of snow that are hard to move but we do our best. We haven't received our mail in a week and when I call to complain, they just tell me it is the carriers discretion. What do we have to do? Lay out a red carpet for her? I am so frustrated!!!

I am visiting Lodi, WI. I run a mail order company and also have previously worked for the US Postal Service. Maybe this is not the worst post office in the US but it will do until a worse one is found. How do I loathe this post office. Let me count the ways: 1. Management is cold and nasty (I must say that the regular clerks and carriers are very nice) 2. Closes at very inconvenient times each day 3. Will not delivery mail a) if it is raining, b) if it is snowing, c) if they don't feel like it. 4.this post office totally IGNORES all postal rules about package deliveries. Example: our OVERNIGHT GUARANTEED BY 10:30 AM Express Mail package was delivered FOUR DAYS LATER. I called the Lodi Postmaster and she thought this was totally acceptable and hung up on me. 5.The list is too long to continue. You get the point.
