I'm always getting mail that doesn't even go to my address, my packages aren't put where they should be, I also have family who has put their mail on hold, and the post office DOESNT hold it. They continued to deliver it.
Extremely disappointed in our postal service.

Was told I had to have a covered porch to have packages delivered, its their policy. Surprised me since they left a 300.00 pair of boots in the snowbank across county A from my house. I asked about that at janesville post office and they laughed and said no such policy exists. I would also like to be paid if i have to deliver my neighbors mail weekly.

Brought half of my boxes and came back 20 minutes later and "attempted delivery" when I was home but didnt ring the doorbell or even knock.
