Waited over two hours without my number being anywhere close to being called. When I talked to the guard, he said the two people working were trainees and weren't calling people in the right order despite being told to. People who came in well after me were seen before me. Half the time, only one window was open. I finally had to leave to go back to work. The guard said that next time I should take a personal day off work and expect to wait up to FOUR HOURS to be seen. Doesn't help to come right when they open. He said they open the doors at 8:15 and the line is down the block already. All due to budget cuts and a three year hiring freeze. This is our government at work.

I have never seen an office mishandle someone's case so bad had to wait 6 hours to see a hearing officer who didn't turn my paper work in on time or says they did but I spoke to someone in Springfield and it wasn't at all . I get different awnsers from different people I speak to there no one seems to know anything but the hearing officer if even that .

Power went out in the middle of an extremely important assesment and I was told to wait to finish it. They gave an estimate of 2 hours for it to come back on, and as soon as it did they announced they were closing early and everything was scrapped.

Worst place ever! Horrible customer service! The lady servicing me was terrible! If you can do whatever you have to do, do it online!

Spent 2.5 hours waiting on a Friday morning. Arrived at 10 and didn't get seen till after 12:30. Small cramped, and only 2 clerks seeing people. Go somewhere else if you can help it.
