I bought a futon at this retailer a couple weeks ago and after two weeks the bars that held the back up started to bend backwards when I was sitting on it. I called USA furniture to see what I can do and the salesperson told me that there was nothing to be done. They don't take refunds and they won't exchange anything. I was happy with the service when I was in the store but the utter lack of compassion and caring once I left the store. The sale is not over once you get your commission. They just lost a customer.
