Fast, friendly service! Picked up and dropped off at my car. Given a small bottled water at checkout. Cheap pricing, scanned coupon from phone to terminal.

I called in for information regarding reservations, payment, length of stay, ect, considering my husband and I have never used such service I just wanted clarification. The phone rang and rang and rang for about 90 seconds when I was just about to hang up a lady picked up the phone. She was extremely rude, snarky and condescending. I simply asked if I could make reservations, i noticed on several sites this was an option - her response was - "Ummmm NO you just pull up take a ticket and go on about your business." I then asked if I could pay in advance, I wanted to take care of the parking so my mother in law wouldn't have to worry about it when she is there - her response was (laughing) - "Why would you want to pay in advance? That's stupid. You don't know how long you will be gone." My response - "Excuse me? I'm sorry I just wanted to take care of the bill so it is one less thing my mother in law has to worry about during her trip. She will need parking for three day." Her response - "Well you don't know 'cause your three days might be different than our three days." At this point I'm frustrated and confused due to the "three day" difference so I merely told her that seeing that she was so helpful and courteous we will take our business elsewhere. Her response "Yeah you do that & have a great day." NOT the kind of company I want watching over my vehicle while on vacation. I will NEVER use this company nor will any of my friends and family. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

Recently took early morning flight (6am) out of JAX, found discount coupon online for USA Park as a first time user, so I gave them a shot! Worked perfectly! Bus was readily available to transport my family to the airport (we didn't wait at all) and our return pickup was just as simple (waited less than 5 minutes at pole #1 outside of baggage A even though it was 10pm). I read some reviews that coupons would not be honored. We took the chance! They gave us $3 parking for the first 5 days. We only used 4 days and my bill was $13 and change including tax. We will use the service again and I encourage you to give them a chance too.
