Very very impressed with the whole service. Price was reasonable, will look for. Groupon next time!! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I selected the park & valet option. On return to the parking lot my vehicle was ready and cleaned to a very good standard. Definitely going back.....

Just left my car to be parked through valet and met the RUDEST woman. She didn't greet me and didn't even glance my way while I stood there waiting for a valet attendant. I asked her politely "Hi, is there something to give my key to?" She literally snapped at me "Hold on! I'm coming. Don't rush me!" Absolutely no reason for that type of attitude when all I did was ask a question.

Always a good experience here. Quick shuttle service to and from airport. Friendly staff. Valet parking available. Can purchase Groupons in advance and have covered parking while away.

Worked out almost perfectly for our cruise parking. Parking and the shuttle were a breeze, but we had to wait for a little over half an hour for our shuttle to pick us up after debarkation. I think we were the last group off the boat though so I'm sure that contributed to the wait time.

The Russian driver grabbed my bag out of my hand at the airport curb and caused me to drop my parking ticket under the bus. He did not apologize or offer to pick it up. When we got to the parking lot he passed my parking space and said why do I have a ticket with a Y on it. I explained he had just passed my car. He said somebody wrote the wrong parking space number on the ticket but they had not. He then continued to drive on through the parking deck, went to the next row and I asked him to stop so I could get my car. He just let me out two rows away from my car. I then carried 3 pieces of my luggage between several vehicles to another parking row to my vehicle bumping every car along the way. Then when I got to the cashier window some knucklehead was passing his mobile phone back-and-forth to the cashier trying to pay. He was blocking the driveway while she was dealing with him and it took her 10 minutes to get that one car through the gate. I had an emergency at home I needed to deal with and I could not get out of the parking lot. The cashier was rude to me when I got out of my call and ask how much longer it would be that I had an emergency. When I gave her my credit card she swiped it then violently jerked the receipt from the machine and stuck it in my face. I've been using this parking lot for three years but this will be my last visit today August 25 at 5 PM. I do not recommend this parking lot for anyone. What a horrible experience after a long week of work out of town.
