This is a friendly and helpful branch. When I was paid with a stupid company card and could not get the money off of it anywhere the employees here helped me. I have never had a problem here, although I hated to deal with the cashier who seemed anxious about getting sick (she's gone now) and I wish I took out a loan with Utah First rather than another credit union.

Jeff Stringham at Utah First Credit Union, Helped us finance our Solar System When we built our new building for Mike & Sterling's Flooring America. It has been a great benefit to us, and has saved us a lot on our power bill. The real benefit, however was that because Solar was new at the time. Most other lending companies turned their noses up at the Idea. Jeff on the other hand found a way to make it work. They are great to work with for small business owner. Thanks Jeff - Sterling

Will will this bank has very bad customer service and not helpfully i was waiting for about 30 minutes the teller took my information but never called me back I wanted to open an account with this branch but i had to go to the one right down town , i was more helped and treated with kindness the one dwn town . i was very pissed and angry .
