Bill and his team were great to work with. He personally kept me up to date during the entire loan process. He clearly explained what we should expect at each phase of our refinance and answered all of our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends!

We've worked with Bill twice now and both times have been absolutely wonderful! Incredibly smooth and super fast! We would recommend Bill and academy mortgage to anyone and we will be using him again next time!

My wife and I purchased our first home through Bill. He is VERY knowledgeable, quick to respond, and extremely prompt with his paperwork. We closed nearly two weeks before our scheduled close date. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill for all of your mortgage needs. I know he will have my continued support and business. He is phenomenal!

Working with Bill Van Duke was hassle, stress, and worry free. He was so on top of everything. He was able to email our documents to us so we could simply e-sign our documents wherever we were. Everything was done at a fast pace to get us in our home quickly! And he is friendly and easy to work with.

In addition to Bill's awesome radio-announcer-like voice, and his very appreciated constant follow-up and great communication skills, Bill bent over backwards to get me the best rate possible for my new home. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone asking for a referral to a good mortgage broker!
