Fast service and friendly tellers. However, I'm not sure if it's WF customer service policy to thank each person by name, but I have a lot of different clients I make deposits for and they assume I'm the account holder. I'm used to it, but it's very confusing to my kids!! Hahaha!!

I went in to get an adult checking account, I was instantly helped and was provided amazing customer service from Jennifer, who explained everything for me and was extremely kind and helpful to my needs.

Terrible service, both times I've gone. One of the "personal" bankers had said out loud about one of the lady's credit card info. He had said that she had overdue problems while at the window. The whole office heard it, should have said something. The teller ran my check through twice and jammed it both times, surprised it didn't rip. Go to the Main Street one, tellers and im"personal" bankers all need to get a check on what they are doing. Nobody likes a pushy bank. Won't come here again.
