I rode the Wendover Fun Bus for the first time and loved it! I usually go on Friday nights after work, so riding the bus gave me time to  relax instead of having to drive. Also, it was actually fun because they had Bingo and it made the time pass quickly. They gave us vouchers for a free buffet, so I filled up before playing the slots. The best part was not having to drive back so late by myself.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We called in advanced and made reservations. We were told that if we prepaid we would be able to reserve seats all together. We were a party of 8 going out for a 21st birthday celebration. We paid the " manager " our fees up front. However when the bus got to our stop. The manager had not bothered to inform the bus that we had made this request. We were all seated indevigually in separate rows. The manager needs management lessons! They did nothing to accommodate our situation. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've worked for this place off and on since 2004. This is a company you do not want to work for as you will be taken advantage of and will be asked to do things illegally such as dumping Freon in the air when doing a.c. services. Illegally towing buses back from where ever they may be with a truck. The illegal dumping of sewage after a bus goes on a charter. Undocument employees. The list goes on. This is a company who will pick and choice what they want to do if it makes them more money. As far as the charters go.. wendover trips are the worst as there is few buses that have actual working a.c. on the buses. I've red flag numerous buses and have out of service buses to be ignored and laughed and called names. Safety is not Le Bus priority. Customer comfortability is not a priority. Make money on everyone else expense is a priority. Bad place for employees. Bad place for customers. Granted a few things do happen to go right but for the most part bad experience with LeBus all around.

Rude staff, they don't care! Horrible customer service they are not informative. I don't know how you stay in business. Bus driver stopped for 1.2 seconds didn't pick our group up. We called basically got an Oh well. Seriously? miss out on paying customers? Glad we drove anyway probably would stranded us there  Don't do business with them.

This company is the best Charter Bus Co. In the entire western US and has the most impeccable drivers also!!
