We bought a 2014 Nissan Rouge from Faulkner GMC. Ours sales person Rick was fantastic. This review is in no way a reflection on him. The allure Faulkner offers is free oil services for 5 visits. What they don’t tell you is that they will make it virtually impossible to get those free services. There is never an appointment available. We wait weeks for one. Today we finally had our appointment and despite three calls to check on the status of our car and two voicemails, we had no update. Unfortunately we knew these constant calls were necessary because of our prior appointment experience. Well needless to say for the second time in a row we never got a call back. The service department is closed and our car is still there. It is only common courtesy to treat your customers with an ounce of respect. Unfortunately Faulkner does not feel their customers deserve this respect. Stay far away!!! Updated- The smokescreen response was cute. The phone number listed in the response is the sales department. Tried to call two times and the GM doesn’t take calls we were told. Interesting!

My wife and I visited Faulkner GMC yesterday to purchase a new Sierra Denali pickup truck. This was by far and away the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. We were promptly greeted by our salesman Charlie Mullen, and he quickly identified our needs and had the truck that we ended up buying in front of us within minutes. Despite the dealership being swamped (we visited on Black Friday) the buying process went very smoothly and efficiently. We were given what I believe was the best possible offer for our trade-in, and despite less than stellar credit, the financing staff worked with us to get a manageable monthly payment. We drove 55 miles into Pennsylvania from New Jersey yesterday, and I would gladly have driven 55 more to receive the type of customer service that we received. If you are in the market for a GMC or Buick product and live anywhere in Eastern PA or New Jersey, save yourself the hassle, visit Faulkner and see Charlie Mullen. It will be the best decision you ever make. Thankyou to everyone at Faulkner!

Ed and Pat were awesome to deal with. They matched us up with a beautiful Acadia at a fair price! I usually dread the car buying process, but these guys made it easy (even fun). Great cars and great staff- Thanks Faulkner!

I have purchased literally dozens of trucks for my company from this dealership. They are extremely professional. I've also had very good results from the service department, again very professional. They definitely have their act together and operate with integrity, in my experience. I find most GMC dealerships to be very classy. I have purchased from several GMC dealerships in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, one in Connecticut, one in Maryland, and one in Texas. I found GMC in Midland Texas to be absolutely unequivocally despicable. See my other reviews for more on that. Anyhow, Faulkner GMC is definitely professional grade!

I drove in, in my beat up 2004 Chevy Suburban, negotiated a fair price, and drove home in a 2016 GMC Yukon XL SLT. No hassles whatsoever. My Salesperson and Finance Manager were low pressure, helpful and professional. Plus I got a free CHEESEBURGER in the bargain. What more could you ask for? Overall a pleasant car buying experience. - Highly recommended.
