Joe was AWESOME got us in a car for the payment we could afford. Got a great deal for us everyone was super friendly. We had our 3 kids with us and they turned on cartoons and they were very accomdating. The BEST service I've had at a dealership EVER!

Joe and Mitch were very helpful and professional. I went around in circles with another car dealer for a week, I called AMACARS and Joe explained what Paperwork i needed to bring with me. I went in there the next day and 2 hours later I was driving away in the truck I wanted

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and the rep who answered was nice and explained the Lexus IS 250 was at a fair price. I agreed, but stated that if we could negotiate a deal. I was then transferred to the manager who abruptly explained he ONLY receives good quality cars at low mileage. He offered that it was better to come see the car in person , and that I had nothing to loose. 

I decided to check out the car and drive 25 minutes. Once I get there I test drive the car and noticed the right handle in the steering wheel was broken, and all the rims in the Lexus had damage. To make matters worse, the car had 2 accidents. I explained I had a good deal in place, but I was attracted by the lower mileage and that even though we wouldn't come at the same price of my deal I would of appreciated a better offer than the listed $17,999*. 

Not only were they RUDE, but they also wanted me to fill a credit app not fully acknowledging my concerns. WORSE dealer in PA, and I will NEVER come here and spread the word of TERRIBLE service. I contained myself from giving them a piece of my mind, so at the very least I will a offer sincere for someone in a similar scenario as I was. DO NOT come here if you want good customer service, and a good DEAL PERIOD!

Luckily I followed my gut and got my Lexus IS 250 in a great price, and amazing condition. Thankfully I didn't bite for their terrible service, condition of the car, and bad pricing.

Yesterday, I purchased a car from this dealership - and I truly can say that the entire staff was WONDERFUL.  Financing a car is so overwhelming if one is "credit challenged".   My husband and I had been diligently rebuilding our credit - putting off the purchase of a car.  Of course, at the least opportune time - my car died.  I tried five different dealers - negative attitudes, horrible interest rates - nightmare.  Than I found AMA on the internet.  Complete opposite of the "We finance Anyway" stereotype.  They took great care of us. Good price.  And I LOVE my car.  They are not there to rip people off - they seem to want to establish a customer base.    And I recommend them to anyone.  So, thank you Mitch, Rachel, Miguel and Alexandra.
