My dad completed a one week respite at this VA facility and the quality of care given to him by the nurses and aids was of the caliber of treatment that he received during his one week as a patient at Vassar Hospital in Poughkeepsie. In addition to the doctors, nurses, and aids, the administrative and maintenence staff provide a high quality of customer service. They get personally involved assisting patients and their families.

I have never had better Health Care in my life, except for the many months I spent in Walter Reid in the 80's. The Carmel Clinic is where I go for my Primary care, and that is far beyond anything I ever expected. My Dr, and her team treat me better than any Primary I ever had in my life. The specialists at Castle Point are the best I ever had

Great hospital and staff in almost every department EXCEPT aidiology. Won't take appointments and you have to sit an wait in a clinic. Staff in aidiology is uncaring and if you don't obey the rules you are placed at the end of the line. Kind of like Hitler's Germany..

Since the entrance changed, those of us with mobility problems have a hard time getting into the hospital. Once inside things are just fine; but, finding a parking spot within reasonable walking distance is almost impossible.

I have been using Castlepoint VA hospital for many years and have been treated very well there. The facility is very clean and well managed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I never have any trouble getting appointments and good care. I use Castlepoint almost exclusively for my healthcare needs.
