Wonderful arrangements and better yet, wonderful people! They have become my go to for years now and do all of my florist needs. They have never let me down and seem to always know exactly what I have in mind and even think of things I didn't. I highly recommend them!

For many years I have successfully dealt with complicated computer issues and all kinds of people who were very happy with the service I provided for them. Many times these customers would need results fast which I delivered with a good attitude and it is nice to find other people who are as motivated to help customers as I have been. Unfortunately I didn't find that level of customer service at Valley Florist and Gifts. Instead they chose to treat me with a dismissive and somewhat critical attitude. They had the item I needed, even though I was originally told they didn't have it, but it took me a long time to get it because they deliberately chose to be slow. They must not like being bothered with people who have a lot to do in a short amount of time.

Ordered flowers for my very best friend for her funeral. When I saw it I was so disappointed who ever the lady was that helped me didn't listen to ONE WORD I said. Then I ordered a flower arrangement. When I saw it I  couldn't believe it.  Paid over eighty dollars for that alone! A total RIP OFF! I rated this place a one only because I could not go any lower.

I have ordered several times from Valley Florist and have been utterly pleased with their arrangements. This last time I ordered it was for my company to send an arrangement to funeral. Spray was stunning and was absolutely proud to have our company name on it. Their creativity and service are EXCELLENT.

The ladies here are wonderful and very helpful. They have a unique selection of items not just flowers for you look at also.
