I ordered flowers from Martin Florist on 2-13-17, and they were beautiful and delievered on time on 2-14-17, my SO loved them! I also ordered flowers from Norton Florist on 2-13-17, which were NEVER DELIVERED even after 2-15-17 and they had to refund me. Also, Martin Florist's email receipts are much better formatted than Norton Florist and they seem to have a much much better computer system. Good thing I had ordered from Martin also instead of just Norton's. GO HERE INSTEAD OF NORTON FLORIST

One of my favorite things about ordering flowers for people is inventing the bouquet that I know my loved ones would enjoy, their favorite colors, favorite flowers... I tried Martin Flowers for this first time this week. I called and described the bouquet - one color of flower with a specific greenery. They checked the availability of my request, and said 'yes.' The bouquet that arrived was not what I ordered. Maybe the bouquet that I described accidentally went to another recipient. I hope so, because saying 'yes' and then disregarding the customer's request does not make for a very good business practice.

I had ordered a deluxe package on a setup for my wifes birthday which entailed 7 roses and a mix of some other flowers. What was sent was one rose and some filler low cost flowers for $80 that didn't even meet up to their standard package. After taking a picture and sending it to them asking what happen to the order I placed. I was guided to their substitution policy. They didn't substitute anything for the roses and began to argue with me. Then I was hung up on. After calling back. I was told they didnt have time for dissatisfied customers. Buy your flowers else where!

Showed up on two different occasions, during working hours, non-holiday days. BOTH TIMES they were CLOSED without a note of any kind and no explanation as to why they didn't want to take my money.
