Just left main street florist, and i have to say they are ABSOLUTELY ABOVE a five star rating!! I was looking around for simple white roses and in less than one minute she made something simply EXTRAORDINARY. Just that extra touch gained this wonderful young lady my business for life plus many others. Continue to be GREAT!

Placed an order for Saturday delivery.   Order never arrived, on Monday I got a call saying they missed my order because it didn’t print before they left at noon.  I said the moment was gone and they agreed to just refund my money.  Two calls later, I can’t get my nearly $70 refunded.   Will have to make a claim on my credit card.  Would not do business with them again.

Great Experience! I tried ordering online after hours and something didn't work with my credit card. They called me as soon as they opened the next morning and we got it squared away. 2 hours later my arrangement was delivered and looked excellent!

I attempted to use Main Street Florist for my wedding in October of 2012, even meeting with them to discuss a plan for my big day. They then said that they were going to work up an estimate, and they would get back to me in about a month. I called and my mother called, both asking about our estimate and when we could move ahead with a plan. They always took a message and said they'd call back, but they never did! We finally just gave up and took our business elsewhere. If you want my advice, don't waste your time, go somewhere else! **Update** I received a response from the lovely new owners, and they were wonderful! They asked what they could do to remedy the situation, and it seems to be a much more friendly place now!

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a local hospital. They were a special order and were out for delivery in no time (same day). To my surprise my friend was released from the hospital not long after the order was placed. After some back and forth conversations with MSF the delivery person went above and beyond to try and catch my friends on the way out of the hospital but they missed each other. I called back to Main Street Florist and they were happy to accommodate the new delivery location the next day  BUT they surprised my friend by making the home delivery the same day. Great customer service and everyone I spoke to showed they cared. They were a pleasure to deal with and I will be doing business again with them soon! Thank you for being great!!
