My favorite birmingham florist. They never disappoint. My husband always sends me a mounded bouquet in a squatty square vase- gorgeous. Worth any extra $ you might spend.

I strongly recommend Dorothy McDaniel to anyone planning a wedding! As the mother of the bride, I was overwhelmed. Dorothy and Glen, the designer, who came in on his day off, initially met with us for 2 hours. Dorothy was extremely organized and helped us cover every detail. She showed us pictures and actual flowers. She discussed relative cost of different flowers to help us make decisions with our budget in mind. She even arranged a ‘Day of’ Wedding Coordinator and gave me recommendations for caterers. When the day finally arrived, her staff transformed our church into the warm and elegant setting we had hoped for! Every detail was just as we had discussed, and I’ve never seen more beauty and creativity at a wedding. After the ceremony they transported and rearranged the flowers to perfectly fit a different location for the reception. In short, Dorothy and her staff were wonderful- they made the process easy and their product was breathtaking!

Today is my anniversary. When i arrived at work, I had the most beautiful pale pink rose, beautifully wrapped lying on my chair. I knew the only place it could have come from was Dorothy's Flower Market. It was one perfect Rose! Absolutely gorgeous and the color of the roses I carried the day Charlie and I were married. Thank you Dorothy for making today extra special!

Stunning work!! I live in New York City and am often disappointed with southern florist.  I sent my mother flowers: they were delivered on time and looked beautiful. So chic and classy.  This place is southern charm with big city style.
