I will never go back to this place again. I purchased the pedicure from living social with a friend and we went Friday night and our experience was AWFUL. First of all there are not many colors to choose from for your pedicure, actually most colors were literally glued shut by the polish. 
When it was time for the pedicure the tub was literally just spritzed with 409 once and never rinsed, I even asked about this and the girl said no this is fine this is what kills germs! From my experience working in a salon this was not correct.
This was suppose to be a "spa pedicure" which was an hour long. My whole pedicure took 20 minutes filling tub and draining and painting.
There was no massage, my toe nails were cut crooked and my paint job was HORRIBLE. I wish I could post a picture on here to show you. Everything was so rushed just to get to the next person.
The salon on the outside looks very nice. The inside was dirty which I did not understand since this was a fairly new building off Hardin Valley. This is a new salon and from what I can see they are doing everything wrong and I truly think they wont last another 6 months. I wish Don Dare would check this place out!!!
So unfortunately don't waste your money!

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage at Valley Salon and Spa. It was one of the most relaxing, healing experiences. However, when I went to the front desk to tip, I asked if I could tip on my debit card even though I had used a Half-Off Depot Certificate for the massage. The front desk person was incredibly rude and said that I could, but it was a hassle. Something must be off about management, because I have called several times this morning (a Friday), after 10:00 a.m. and no one has picked up the phone. If they had better customer service, I would give this Salon a 5 star rating.

I got the worst pedicure I have ever had here.  It took forever, I left with the paint completely messed up, I had to walk across their floor on my bare feet (YUCK!) to get to the nail dryer, and then I got an ingrown toenail on my big toe from her not cutting my nails correctly.  I will say that the lady who did them was nice, but then she told me she wasn't even a nail technician (well no wonder it went so badly!).

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a business.  I have not even been inside to have a service done.  I have called for the past couple of days to make a appt and the answering machine always picks up.  I understand they are closed on Monday.  I started calling last Thursday till today after 10am when they open.  I finally spoke with someone today and she told me they have no openings for 3 weeks for the time I needed.  I find that very hard to believe especially after I have read the reviews on Google, unless they are just too short staffed for all the services they offer.  Their business hours cater to people who do not work full time jobs.  They had 1 opening at 6:15 which was perfect.  I asked if I can schedule for a mani/pedi.  Ms put me on hold and then came back and said nope we won't have enough time to do these 2 things before we close at 7.  I explained that I have been trying to make a appt for days now and no one ever answers.  Ms said they are very short staffed right now and don't have time to answer the phone.  REALLY?!? you are a business that requires appts for you services.  I then tried to call back and asked if they have any Sat appts available.  I have called 7 times in a row and once again only the answering machine.  I am no longer going to try to make a appt with this business.  I just called one more time before I posted this review and yeah still no answer.  I will just take the Half Off Depot coupon I purchased and throw it away.  I highly recommend not using this business.

I was highly dissatisfied with the service I received here. I was supposed to get a manicure, pedicure, hair and make-up done for my wedding. After waiting around for the workers to show up, they all had to eat breakfast on the clock before assisting me. Finally they did my hair, but it took way too long and I didn't have time to get a manicure and pedicure. The owner put a top coat of polish on my nails... which chipped off that same day. Oh, and I had half of my make-up done WHILE getting my nails done when I had about 10 minutes left before I had to leave. She only did my foundation and eyeshadow. I was already running late and had to do the rest of my make-up at home because the make-up artist didn't have liquid eyeliner. No one seemed to know what was supposed to be done either. The make-up artist was supposed to do my make-up as well as my bridesmaid's make-up... but instead did someone else's make-up for about 30 minutes. I am not going back here and I would suggest not to go here unless you have a lot of time to waste for average services.
