If you're easily freaked out by run down bus stations, you won't like this place.  This part of town feels abandoned early in the morning and late at night, and there is no place to wait inside during off hours and few street lights, which can make it feel less safe for women and children during these hours.  It's fine later in the day, during business hours, since there are several offices and banks nearby.  The staff is sometimes helpful, sometimes not.  I never know how I'm going to be treated, which isn't the best feeling.  They've been extremely rude on at least two occasions where they refused to help.  I don't plan to go back unless I absolutely have to.

This station is in a poor location, it would be better to place it near the interstate. There is insufficient space for pickups and drop offs. Otherwise the station is ok to catch a bus.
