Phoned them before taking my dog in to ask some questions. The guy who answered was very polite and knowledgeable. Fast service and the vet answered all our questions and we got our dog the vaccinations he needed and at such a great price. We will definitely return.

The cashier and manager very rude they over charged my cat surgery and and when I asked both of them were very rude. I know they work with animals but they need to learn people skills to. The place is seems and smell nasty is not the same, I been a costumer for about 15 years, is not the same.

This place is by far the most caring clinic I have been to! They truly care about each & EVERY animal that they treat. Love these ladies!!

The vet was wonderful, but the two women at the front need some education in customer service. They were absolutely terrible. I got there at 2:45pm and didn’t leave until almost 6pm because even though I went to the desk multiple times, they kept overlooking my name on the list. The vet made up for it with some discount coupons and throwing in a teeth cleaning for free.

it is the first time I've been to Valley vetco and I was very very happy I could trust my little baby with this vet anytime and it was very inexpensive $29 for all the shots is a very good price
