I have taken all of my animals to VCA on Montgomery for many years. These include dogs cats birds and reptiles so I have had the opportunity to work with many of the outstanding doctors there. At all times everyone has been extremely professional and caring. The front office staff is amazing and all of the doctors are very knowledgeable and work with you to provide the best care for your pets. If necessary they will make a referral to a specialist for additional care. The fact that they have 24 hour service has been a wonderful benefit for me several times. VCA is also where I board my animals if I need to go out of town and they take extremely good care of them. I have referred friends and other family members to VCA and they are also very happy with the services provided. I do not anticipate ever taking one of my pets to a different facility. 😺 🐕 🐦 🐍. We all love VCA!

Omg where do I start this is the most unprofessional place that I have ever been to, and it's not the people in the front it's the actual doctors that are supposed to be professional enough to care for your animal, i brought my dog in for an emergency " he was it 3 pound Pomeranian attacked by a coyote" 7 a.m. in the morning my poor dog had to sit back there for five hours before they even got to him to do x-rays or anything else, was kept overnight I was able to pick him up the next day at noon had a discrepancy over the amount that I signed for to pay and the amount they thought they were going to charge me! Was discharged and told me my home care information would be emailed to me within a few hours it is now 8 hours later and nothing so I call and ask about it they tell me two to three more hours I'm home taking care of the dog without knowing how, it's a bunch of BS this place

Phenomenal! When you are having a pet emergency, it can be intensely stressful. The staff here are amazing, calm, helpful, professional and caring. I would not hesitate to bring my girl back here. They are wonderful!

This was our first experience with VCA Pet ED. We were literally shocked and unprepared for the level of professionalism, empathy, and sincere concern that we received. We have never experienced this level of care and concern before...especially for a chicken. Thank you for being so great, Doug and Alicia Gardner

Staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. We have had to take our cat here twice and very pleased with how quickly they do an initial inspection to see if the animal is in an emergency condition and then make an effort to see to their condition as soon as they can given the need to see emergencies first. Great job explaining what is going on and what they found in their examination.
