Ashley Jones was awesome with helping my husband and I find a new mattress! She went above and beyond in helping us find what we wanted. Would highly recommend her at Value City Evansville!

They messed up and didnt deliver my stuff to the correct address they delivered it to my old house when two days before they delivered a couch to my new house. They also told me that since they had messed up. They wouldnt be able to deliver my stuff to me that day, so i went and picked it up my self. When i got home and started putting it all together they didnt even give me all the peices to my bed frame. So i am very unhappy with the sevice from them.

Your employee, Steven, was extremely helpful in providing me with the description of a specific item I was looking for in your store. If everyone customer received the quality experience that I had with Steven, Value City Furniture would be the number one furniture store in the tri-state area. I am very excited to come back to this location.

Absolute garbage. They delivered the couch i bought and of course....broken, meanwhile while i watched the two dummies bring in the couch...they proceeded to break my door frame scratch my door all to crap then say "oops we will bring a replacement next week and paint the door" 5 weeks goes by and still no replacement. Then they show up a week after (6 weeks total) with ANOTHER broken piece. Before they stepped in my house i told them "take the legs off the couch so it can fit through my door".....well dingus #1 and dingus #2 didnt listen, and then proceeded to scratch my door more and break even more molding off the front door...stated "we will send a repair man to fix the couch, and door".....its now been 4 months later and ZERO repair man for the couch or door..... recently i filed a report to have my couch cleaned since i bought the replacement/cleaning warranty. they tell me "someone will be there feb. 15th 2017 between 11am-3pm.....2:56pm rolls around and the dude shows up. Comes in takes some pictures of the couch and says "these stains arent spots theyve soaked all the way down to the bottom i cant clean this, ill have to have someone else call you back and get a different company" PS if you buy anything from them they use Syncrony Bank....which will harass the every living crap out of you EVEN AFTER YOU MAKE A PAYMENT. day 3 after my payment was made and i just received phone call number 29 from the bank.. VALUE CITY IS A JOKE AND A SHAM
