They were extremely busy while I was there on New Year’s Eve. Everyone was working with a client and at least two to three people were waiting patiently for the manager to help with special orders. This process seems to be very detailed and takes a really long time. The store was clean and displayed beautifully. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to speed things along to ensure everyone was satisfied with their experience.

We bought a sectional, chair and a half, ottoman, and media chest at the end of December 2017. The sectional and chair came in immediately. They had to order the ottoman and chest. They gave me a date on those pieces. That day came and went. I believe I was given 3 or 4 different dates of delivery before the furniture finally came in...2.5 months later. We were taking the ottoman out of the plastic and noticed the wood inside was broken in half!! Then we checked the chest, only to find it was busted too!! Every piece that I ordered was broken!! I was so excited to be getting new furniture, but this whole experience has been a disaster!! We usually shop at The Living Room Center in Bedford. We have NEVER had single problem with them. We made a big mistake giving Furniture Liquidators our business and money!!

Sales guys were really helpful and nice. Going to buy any more household. Furniture there. Delivery guys were awesome to.

Recently visited the store to purchase a few items. The customer service provided by Ashley was outstanding as she was so helpful and patient to show us various options in making our decision. So happy with the customer service provided and will definitely visit the store again soon!
