From my experience, customer service was awesome. This was noted as I participated in textbook reservations, where you just send in your schedule for class and they figure out the books for you. One of my books was not available , so they even checked other bookstores to ensure that I got it (though it turned out that I did not need it). I did verify with my professors to ensure that each book correctly corresponded with my books, and all of my books were verified to be ok. Even if there is a mismatch, they have a clear return policy noted on your receipt.

An outdated hours posted on the website left me with a forty minute drive for a closed store. Thanks for wasting my time.

They have a large selection of Texas Tech merchandise. Their inventory of art supplies is quite impressive.

Worst customer service. My books were placed on backorder (I wasn't notified at all by the employee), and when I asked about them, he blew me off. Never getting books from here again, second bad experience.
