Keep in mind that there are two West Valley locations this one however does not have a tanning bed. The other one has both a tanning bed and a sauna. This one has racquetball courts and a pool. Big and pretty vacant. I like that.

I have been going to Vasa Fitness and have been really enjoying it, this is my first time ever subscribing to a gym as well and I have a trainer who meets up with me every week, I chose to go to a trainer because if I didn’t I would have no idea what kind of workouts to do and what workouts work together on a specific body parts. My Trainer is Josiah Palei and I have been with him for 3 months, he’s really friendly and helpful to me and others; thanks to him my nutrition has gotten a lot better and my workouts are getting better as well, he never has a problem rescheduling an appointment and he’ll always answer any questions you have and tips for workouts and what to eat before and after to get the most of out working out. I’ve very satisfied with Josiah and would recommend him to anyone!! Thank you!!

The people that workout here have no respect. They are the reason equipment breaks and things go missing all the time. The people here just don't care. **Stay away from this Vasa, the people that workout here are filthy, disgusting, and careless.** The establishment itself is good. Smiles and good service. It's just the area which doesn't have that good of people come in. I'm not racist, but those I'm talking about are a majority of one race, you know what I'm trying to say. It just doesn't make me proud to be of the same color.

Terrible gym with shady business practices. Watch out for hidden penalty fees and they have no problem reporting you to the collection agency. If for some reason you do decide to join this gym make sure you record everything and document everything. The staff there have no problem lying to your face. I tell everyone I know to avoid this shady gym.

I love the energy at VASA. The staff are very helpful, the members all look like they are getting good workouts, and the facilities are clean.
