The experience I had at VASA wasn't like anything you'd expect, it was better!! The sign up process was easy and the staff is always so friendly. They have so much to offer there depending on what you like. The possibilities are endless there on what you can do. And what made my experience the most memorable was my personal trainer Dominick Rogers. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He is very good at building a plan specific to your individual needs. He has the knowledge and care to help you achieve your goals even if you're dealing with physical limitations or health concerns. Not only has Dominick helped me with my fitness goals he's really helped me reshape my life. He helped me with my nutrition so I know what to eat and how much I can indulge without undoing all my work. He also taught me techniques to do on my own in between our sessions. Dominick isn't one of those trainers that make you feel like a number to them. He genuinely makes you feel like he cares about your health and helping you achieve your goals. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer. Thank you Dominick for giving me the knowledge and support to get back to a healthier me.

I have been going to this location since the day it opened and am sad to stay it has gone drastically downhill. The building itself is aging, the roof leaks every time it rains. The machines are incredibly dated. I can’t go a single day without seeing a handful of machines out of order. I continue going to this location because it is the closest to my house but if it continues going downhill, I will have no choice but to switch locations.

It's a Gym nothing special. The price I pay is great $10 BUT the hot water for the showers has been off for over a week now... VASA step up and get it fixed! Don't care what it takes no more excuses time to open the wallet and get it fixed.

I enjoy the professionalism and charismatic staff at VASA. They get in-depth with your goals and ambitions and work with your plans. The encourage you without pressuring you to break. Very exceptional service.

I've only been a member for a few weeks, but I haven't had any problems at all. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are enough machines for everyone. The music selection is even great.
