I've been to every single martial arts studio in the valley trying to find a fit for my 10 year old son. This is the only place that has a set schedule everyday and the only one that's reasonably priced. In just a few months I've seen my son go from aggressive and distracted to calmer and more focused. The people are amazing, the program is amazing. This place has been a life saver.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere with technically proficient instructors and students to train with. Professor Pedro was great to roll  with and learn from.

Positive examples and environments are hard to come by. Both of these are at Absolute. It took almost 6 weeks for my son to go from sitting and watching to getting on the mat. Now he wants to be able to teach like Professor Pedro and Samir. Both are incredible.
     The fitness class has pushed me to do things I never thought possible. Rob and Pedro are great. We were welcomed on day one and have been treated like family ever since. 
    If you want to make a positive change in your life come to Absolute!

Absolute MMA is amazing! After six months of going to Absolute MMA, it has changed my life! I started at 225 lbs and today I’m 192 lbs and have more energy and stamina than ever before. Professor Rob and Professor Pedro have created a challenging and supportive environment at Absolute and truly care about the development of each student from beginners to professionals. It really feels like one big family at Absolute MMA.
