I've had two personal trainings with Erika at VASA fitness so far. Both times she was considerate of my goals AND my ability, so that I was "comfortably " sore for a couple days, and not feeling too sore to carry about my daily routine. I feel back in the groove to get back in shape after 20 years of laxity. I feel safe being trained by someone who really knows what they are doing. I get uplifting messages and reminders between appointments that keep me motivated. Besides that, she is super fun to be around because of her uplifting and positive personality.

I have been working with Hunter for over 6 months training to get get stronger and healthier.   He has catered to my needs and dialed in my training for what I need, not just a cookie cutter program like other places I have been involved in.  I have become a lot stronger, healthier,  and my physique has changed for the better.  Hunter definitely knows what he is training on and I really appreciate the personalized sessions I get from him.

I have had two really good trainers there. Both Larry and Erika have been awesome and have helped me with my fitness goals.
I love how it is a slightly smaller gym, and is often less crowded then others I have been at. 
It is clean and well kept. The staff is super friendly.

Had to go to Hell and back to cancel. Multiple undisclosed fees. "Rate guarantee fee" of $50 will be charged to your account the second month and reoccurs yearly. PT contracts are set up like a loan. You'll receive zero transparency when you become a VASA member.
This location is an express gym, so its small and crowded. I'd recommend signing up for the Van Winkle location unless you're getting a Fitness pass. Plan on canceling 2-3 months in advance because that's how long it actually takes.

Hunter is a fabulous trainer!  I've worked with him for 4 years.  He optimizes my time at the gym.  My body fat dropped from 26% to 14% and stayed in low teens for years now!  He's the BEST!
