Great veterinarians. Really knowledgeable and thoughtful professionals. The docs are top-notch. I've been to other vets in a pinch or for lower costs and have always ended up going back to VCA Neshaminy because their docs actually know things, treat animals like patients, explain options thoroughly, and always follow-up after care. I have seen some of this practice's vets for 15 years with various pets and the quality is consistently stellar. But they don't do it alone. Their techs truly like animals and are always warm and friendly, even if my pet is not! My only issue is the cost but it's not limited to just this practice. Small pet veterinary care has gotten so expensive that payment plans are routine everywhere. It's crazy what a teeth cleaning or any procedure costs. I get nervous whenever prices come up and it's invariably worse than I think it's going to be but if I'm going to have to pay for care for my pet, this is the place I trust to do it right.

Have treated our pet dog, successfully they are very friendly and caring for your pets needs. Good people.

Love the doctors. Dr. Sweeney is absolutely awesome. Been going to this place for over 10+ years, however recently their staff has been very unprofessional. When you enter they don't welcome you, you have to wait 15+ min for them to acknowledge that you're sitting in their waiting room. The blond girl that works there is always miserable and never wants to communicate. Every time we take our pet for a check up it seems like she's bothered by my dog barking. I'm sorry it's a veterinarian office, that is your job? I don't understand how someone whose supposed to work with animals is so negative. The same girl told me that I need to retrain my pet ( keep in mind we just rescued her from a kill shelter 2days prior). Unbelievably rude, words can't describe how ignorant she is every time we visit. For the price that I pay for their services (which is not cheap) I won't let this girl, nor other girls disrespect me. Will not be returning to this office. It's such a shame that good docs/vets are surrounded by such a rude staff and once again the management does nothing to improve the satisfaction of their customers.

All doctors provide good care. Handicapped/stroller access. Pushes Science Diet which they sell the here.

They are so great with my pets, I really trust them to take care of my animals. They are more expensive then other vets but I think that is because they care more here.
