Had to have our 16 year old cat put to sleep this weekend. I must say that staff, and doctor were so wonderful through the whole thing. And was charged what my wife and I would call very reasonable. Anyway long story short we think this clinic is very good. So if you need animal help,try this clinic.

I took my dog here for surgery to clear an intestinal blockage.  He was an older dog and he died the day following the procedure.  I don't have any reason to blame the doctors for my dogs death.  However, the surgeon called me immediately following the surgery and explained that the surgery had gone well.  I never spoke to a n actual vet again.  During the time that my dog began to deteriorate and ultimately die I only spoke to a technician who was largely unable to answe my questions or provide sound advice about euthanasia.  My dog died nearly one year ago.  I have never spoken to the vet who treated him and don't know the cause of my dogs death.  I will never take a pet here again.  I now use VCA in Rhonert Park and am very satisfied with their treatment and service.

I came all the way from Fort Bragg Ca on the February 28 after my dog passed away that morning. To have my dog cremated I tried to get some help in Fort Bragg first with no help I'm still waiting for calls from all the vets office I called that morning. PetCare treat me and my dog very will I was so great full for there help. Yesterday I got a card in the mail and inside the card was my dogs foot print. I was so surprised. Thank you very much I will never take my dogs to a vet in Fort Bragg ever again and I have 5 other dogs I would rather drive the 2 1/2 hours away then stay in Fort Bragg. I can't wait to get my dog back they said in 2 weeks. One of my friends had one of their dogs cremated in Fort Bragg and she didn't get her dog back for 2 months and it cost her 400 dollars. I was so surprised what my cost was I was very low.but I would pay anything for any of my dogs cost has nothing to do with it all my pets are family. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who love their pets

They weren't caring they knew what was going on with our dog as soon as we walked into the hospital we were charged for services that were ridiculous and the dog passed away within 20 minutes of us leaving the hospital the doctor knew it was going to happen and made us feel like she was okay then we were still charged for a ridiculous amount of money for all them to do is put her in oxygen does hospital I do not recommend I would not recommend this hospital to anyone especially with no bedside manner
