The manager jared was knowledgeable and very helpful! The whole staff brought a great atmosphere and made my experience a lot of fun! I will definitely be back in the future!!!!

Another store, supposedly "Corperate Verizon" completely screwed up my account and told me that I had to pay full price ( like 800$) for my phone. The associate spent over an hour on the phone with the big cheese's pleading my case. It took a while, but 2 days later I got a call from this store saying they got it all straightened out for me. I'll never go to a " Corperate" store again. These guys know their stuff and bent over backwards form me A+++++!😁

10/ 11/16 - I purchased a new Samsung note 7 in this store August 19, 2016
After the  recall I was told that when replacement came in they would call. At the same time I told them to please order Samsung wireless charger. They told me they would put one aside for for me.
I've didn't hear back for a few weeks so I stopped in several times. The last time not counting today ( we will get to today shortly) 
I was told they didn't have any silver ones , the other colors they had. I could only get a silver one because that is the Color I got. 
Now for today. I stopped in today at 6 PM and was told I needed my phone, original box, head phones and charger. I could come back tomorrow. I told them I work a lot of hours and could not be sure if I could make it. The manager told me no problem they are there until 8 PM every night. 
I got home and gathered all the accessories he asked for and got back there at 7:30PM
The manager told me it was late that they were closing at 7:45PM because they are having a meeting at 8PM. Could I come back tomorrow?  I already told him earlier that I wasn't sure due to my work and told him again that was why I came back because i wasn't sure. I hope this note 7 doesn't blow up. I don't believe they are too understanding to all I've bee through trying to exchange this. 
If they could look through my eyes I bet they would think the same thing I am now. Are the or do they want to help me or not!
SO.... Here I am at home at 8PM, no safe phone  and no wireless charger!
