Awesome service! I own my own business and my phone is my lifeline when communicating with my customers. So when I broke it mid afternoon I needed to get it fixed that night. The gentleman at the store were super understanding and managed to fit me in last minute right before closing. Half an hour later I was walking out with my phone working great. I'd recommend it to anyone!

This Batteries Plus Bulbs store is REMARKABLE! I had an awesome experience and I recommend this store to everyone. Caleb made a gallant effort to repair my aging Kindle. And although he was unsuccessful (part no longer available), we had great fun working through the issues together. I tip my hat to you, and to the best Batteries Plus Bulbs store on the planet. Thanks!

I brought my iPhone in for screen repair and the service was so fast! Everyone that helped us out was super nice and my phone looks brand new. I would HIGHLY recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs to anyone who needs a phone repair. Thanks so much!

My sister took her iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement. She had a small crack in her screen. She got it back and the light sensor didn't work anymore and the screen was distorted. She took it back. Got it back with the sensor working, but still the distortion. Took it back a third time and now, no light sensor, the distortion, and the left side of her screen doesn't respond to touch. They then told her that they were out of patience with her and they wouldn't fix it a fourth time.

The store manager and the regional manager refused to honor warranty on work performed at this location. I took an iPhone there to get a cracked screen replaced. They put in a lower quality screen and LCD. The glass broke immediately after the repair. My wife spoke with an employee right away and he was rude and refused to listen to her. I spoke with the store manager the next day, and corporate the day after that, they were not willing to refund or repair it again.
