Dining at Veg & Grill was a great experience.  I am a gluten-eating meat-eater, but trust me, anyone will enjoy the menu.  Very creative vegetarian and vegan options with many options for people that can not eat gluten.  I had a "burger" that was made out of grain that was delicious.  It came with a Caesar Salad side that was very good as well.  Cute little place with attentive service.  Great spot in Gulf Gate!

We went for the vegan offerings and we were not disappointed. We tried chili and a sweet potato coconut soup, both delicious. Then we tried one of the many burgers and a Philly sandwich which were also amazing. Then a small piece of fudge, also delicious. The waitress was personable and service fast. Will definitely go back.

They mentioned that they can make any vegetarian dish vegan, and I had avocado wrap with hummus which hit the spot perfectly where they added vegannaise. The natural lemonade tasted perfect as well! Finished it off with VEGAN FUDGE. Please try this. It was the best tasting thing ever. My mouth is watering thinking of it. I am so excited about being vegan as I have found that I feel better in ways I didn't know I felt bad.

I had high hopes.  First, the atmosphere and overall cleanliness need work. So get beyond that and hope the foods something special.  Nope. Black bean soup is a can of black bean soup heated up.  How bout some creativity?  Add some onion, maybe cilantro, I don’t know, something!  The veggie burger was nothing special either.  It fell apart like most veggie burgers but it had very little flavor.  The bread/bun was good however. That’s why they got a second star instead of just one. Service.  Ok.  Not very attentive.  Seemed they were more interested in hangin out with each other than waiting on patrons.  I have not tried other items on their menu. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing.  I guess I will never know.

Very good food. The service is pretty slow. First time we went here we left after waiting for 10 mins to be approached, with only one other table of guests there. Second time we went and waited 50 mins for our food, while again it wasn’t busy, two tables besides us. Very friendly people, great food. They might just need an extra cook
