I came to this resort on yesterday 3/30/18 upon arrival early I was told the cabin wouldn’t be ready until 4 mind u my balance was paid to $0 went back at 4 they told me 30-45 more minutes still want able to get in until 7 I was placed in a cabin that was pleasant to me or my family however they placed me in another cabin!!! They went far and beyond to satisfy me and I was so glad of that because I stay with them every year and my family love that place and so do I!!!! So I highly recommend Venture resorts at end of day!!!! Thank u Venture resorts for always making it pleasing to us!!!

Our family stayed in a Venture Resort property in Gatlinburg TN.  It was the most wonderful experience.  The place was perfect.... New, clean and beautifully decorated.  The kids had the best time playing real arcade games in the house plus so much more!  It was comfortable with plenty of space.  The kitchen, with excellent entertaining design, allowed us to celebrate a birthday well. The customer service was top notch.  Overall fantastic experience, and I highly recommend! Thank you for a great vacation with family and friends!

This place is terrible they told me I could bring my animals and then we got there we had to pay an extra fee then they said we wouldn't get put security deposit back. Not letting that ruin my vacation we paid and went to out cabin. When entering the cabin we were greeted buy stained sheets and dirty underwear in the furniture. The water was busted and half if the lights were burnt out. To top it all off they wouldn't give us another cabin and wouldn't fix anything. Terrible terrible place never come to this dumpster of a resort.

My family and i stayed here for oyr daughters 16th birthday and the entire trip was a disaster thanks to venture resorts. Nothing worked in the kitchen, the sheets werent clean, it flooded twice and the location is in a very unsafe location. Someone came in the house in the middle of the night and tried going in my daughters room. We woke up to screaming in the middle of the night. Heard gunshots OFTEN throughout the night and lots of gang memebers also roam the streets nearby at night. The whole time we were there we didn't want to leave the house for our own safety. Please if you care about the well being of yourself, your bank account, and your own DAUGHTER DO NOT COME TO VENTURE RESORTS!!!!

I'm only giving this place one star because the option to give it zero stars is not available. The cabin was supposed to be ready at 4. We were finally told it was ready at 6. When we got to the cabin the cleaning people were still there and we had to wait even longer. The dishwasher was nasty. The water in the hot tub was green and nasty. One of the pool table balls was busted and could not be used. Two of the pool cues were broken. The tap water was brown. The antenna on the radio was broken. And even if the water in the hot tub, which was ice cold, had not been green and nasty, the knob to turn it on and get it started was missing. There was garbage all over the ground where it had been thrown off of the back deck by previous tenants and never been picked up. There were also other problems, but I believe this is enough to paint an appropriate picture of their services. We paid over $300 for one night in this cabin, and we left after eight hours because it was so disappointing. I will never stay at another venture resorts location, ever. Save your money and go to the Black Fox Lodge next time. That's what we're going to do!
