My boyfriend and I stayed 5 nights in the “Country Bear Cottage”. The cabin was very nice and clean. The mountain view was breath taking. We didn’t have any problems at all, everything was working properly. However we didn’t get a chance to experience the hot tub, the weather was not permitting. All in all, This was a wonderful experience for the both of us. I recommend doing the virtual check-in, we were able to go straight to our cabin. Verizon cellphone coverage was great, never lost a signal. I definitely recommend this cabin. We will definitely be returning.

My husband and I rented a 1 bedroom cabin called Moonshine Kisses for our 17 year wedding anniversary last weekend. It was wonderful all we needed and more. We loved the video arcade game we used to play when we were younger it brought back so many memories. The heart shaped jacuzzi was so nice and relaxing. We sat in front of the fireplace which was so cozy both nights, we also had it ready for us when we got out into the cold air from the hot tub. We were so close to Pigeon Forge it was perfect but looking out on the balcony made it feel like we were deep in the woods. I especially liked the two rocking chairs on the front porch where i just sat and rocked away not thinking about a thing. All the accommodations were great loved the towels folded like butterflies on the bed we will definitely be back.!! Just perfect for two to relax and get away.

After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical of what our cabin experience would be like. Eagle Lodge was the best cabin that fit our needs and space for our group of family and friends. We did the virtual check-in and was quite surprised when our cabin was ready hours before we expected. When we got there, we were amazed at the views and it was definitely secluded. We were worried about the parking situation as we had several cars and most of the driveway was on a slope, but it all worked. We did a walk-thru and found the hot tub was not in order and there were a few other things that needed attention. I called the office and no sooner got off the phone when maintenance came. He was already working on the hot tub before we arrived and needed to get something. He had the hot tub filled and running within the hour. Talk about service! We could tell the cabin was not new and needed a few updates but overall, we had a good time. The rooms were fairly clean, the views were spectacular, and the pictures on the website were fairly accurate. We would definitely come back to Eagle Lodge should we have the need to accommodate the group we had now that we know what to expect. Also, this was NOT our first cabin rental so we were able to compare to past experience. Thank you for a wonderful Smoky Mountain vacation!

The view from balconies was beautiful. Inside cabin was beautiful as well. The cabin advertised an air hockey table but it didn't work. Notified them of it and they came in and turned it on but didn't notice that it blew no air on top of table. They could have provided more towels so you didn't have to do laundry as often. Over all we enjoyed the cabin and would recommend Gatlinburg Falls Resort cabins. Our cabin was Smoky Pleasure and had an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains.

Great location with fabulous view. We had a lovely cabin with lots of space for a family get together. The ladies hung out upstairs while the guys played pool downstairs. Houses in the area are far enough so no one gets disturbed. Customer service has been excellent with prompt email communications. Check in and out was a smooth process and painless. the only issue was that the TV was only working in the living room, and not in the bedrooms. That was an adjustment for the older kids. If anything, it reduced the background noise! :) Haley from customer service was excellent, and assured us a credit for the inconvenience related to the last issue.
