Love this place and this area. We have stayed at Gatlinburg falls resort 5 times so far in one, two, and a five bedroom cabin. Took the family to a five bedroom cabin,city relief, and it was wonderful. We got married there, are going back for a month next Jan. Have never had any problems and everything has been very satisfactory every time. The views from some of the higher up cabins are spectacular. Staff is A+++

This was our second experience staying at Gatlinburg Falls. We have loved it each time. On this visit we were traveling with our adult son, his fiance, our teenage son and my inlaws. Our 2 bedroom cabin was great with plenty of room for all of us. Our boys loved the pool table and grill. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The office staff was very attentive to our needs. The cabin had a very private location with a wonderful view! We loved our cabin and are already planning another stay at Gatlinburg Falls

We stayed at one of the cabin in February for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. This was our first time staying at a cabin so we were going in blind as some may say but the overall experience was amazing. Our cabin upon arrival was not as secluded as they made it look like on the website, I even asked one of the staff members when I called to book it and she also confirmed to me that it was secluded but that was no big deal. The cabin was spacious and very clean. We had minor issues like a light bulb being out but it got fixed right away after we called. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back!

Cabins were clean, customer service was great. Quiet area. Nice neighbors. Extremely accessible. About 5 minutes from dollywood and splash country and 10 from the Island. Everything inside worked, such as TVs, game systems. Hot tub was fresh and clean. Verizon cell coverage was great. Never lost a signal and was able to text and go online as needed.
Can't wait to come back again!

Edit: We had 8 people and plenty of room in cabin. Game room was a big hit for everyone.

I recently stayed in Ultimate Escape with my wife for a quick getaway. The cabin was in a resort, but there was plenty of privacy and no disturbances from neighboring cabins. The games were our favorite and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the evening. It was only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, which made having a nice dinner and visiting the area much easier. I would recommend Gatlinburg Falls Resort to anyone looking for a getaway in the Smokies.
