Absolute worse customer service I have ever dealt with.  Put in reservation for this memorial weekend on Wed the 24th, received confirmation email stating someone would be in contact with me.  Never heard from anyone until the day we were suppose to arrive.  Needless to say I told them I didn't want the condo because no one ever contacted us until now.  The customer service lady actually hung up on me without even saying OK.  No I'm sorry or anything.  JENNIFER YOU NEED LESSONS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANNERS.  WOW...just WOW.

This was our first time to the Great Smokey Mountains and our first real vacation in 33 yrs of marriage. Ann at Americas Cabin was awesome. Our cabin Twilight Ridge was beyond beautiful. The view of the mountains from the back deck was amazing. Morning coffee at its finest. Private and very peaceful
We hope to return again and Americas Cabins will help make it a reality. You wont be disappointed

Be careful what you sign!!!! My first email with this company gave me a quote for a rental. I agreed, paid my deposit, and signed a rental agreement. I did not pay close attention to the total price that was different from the first quote. I called to discuss the discrepancy, but was told too bad because I signed the agreement. Lesson learned...... I will never stay here again!!!!

At first glance these cabins seem pretty decent, but are a little run down. We recently stayed in "Southern Hospitality" and there were burn marks on sinks and places. Also, all furniture was quite run down. And upon opening the cabinets under the sink there was trash hidden under the sink. Not to mention the VERY extreme folliculitis or hot tub rash EVERY single person got after getting in the hot tub. (Pictures attached under photos of cabins) keep in mind this condition is not cause by chlorine reactions, it is caused by bacteria from unclean hot tubs. When calling to report this issue, the customer service was TERRIBLE and basically blamed it on us, saying we should have consulted our doctors before getting in their hot tubs and claiming that the tubs are emptied and filled each time a new guest arrives. The tub was very dingy and murky looking and the rep basically said it was "from the oils on our skin" which is IMPOSSIBLE because I have a hot tub at my home and it has NEVER looked like that from simply getting in it. Also, no attempt to solve the problem was made at all and they basically said it wasn't their problem. DO NOT STAY IN THESE CABINS! I would hate for anyone else to have to go through this and this AWFUL rash.

My husband, myself and my two daughters ( ages 4 and 3 months) stayed at Twilight Ridge. We had such an incredible time. I was a little worried picking a cabin online and choosing to stay there sight unseen. I was pleasantly surprised the cabin was wonderful,  and every bit as charming as the photos online indicated . The location is close to downtown Gatlinburg and lots of local restaurants and shopping. Having two small children we did enjoy the kitchen we made breakfast and dinner in the comfort of the cabin. The bed was comfortable. My 4 year old loved the games upstairs and this mommy LOVED having her coffee in the hot tub each morning looking at the beautiful mountains! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay, we will be back next summer!
