I was extremely impressed with all the help and the knowledge that the store manager, Nathan gave to my sister and myself. He was so patient with us as we are in the category of the elderly and he spent a lot of time helping us. I give the store and Nathan a 10.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! Bought a new phone in May at which time I was talked into getting a HUM by Jonathan the CS Representative. I was told it was a one week totally free promotion, there would be no monthly charge, no equipment charge, no contract fees, etc. ALL LIES!!! Repeated several times, I did not want the equipment to which I was asked, "but why wouldn't you want something that is totally free, everyone likes to get free things." Like an idioit, I relented and of course it was all one big scam, there was a montly charge and a termination fee, and I have never ever used the equipment. I have called and texted on several occassions giving them the opportunity to make this right, as I am now being charged a $115 termination fee for something I never wanted in the first place, but have had no response. Was also told by Verizon corporate that they are not responsible for misrepresentations by the stores as the stores are not CORPORATE. 7.21.17 I was contacted by Corporate Verizon after writing a letter to the VP of Marketing for the Retails Stores. They were very professional, repeated to me what I had written to them, and told me they issued a credit for the termination fee, and apologized for the CS reps I spoke to by telephone and said they would ensure they received more training. I was also contacted by the District Manager in Phoenix for the store I bought the phone from, and she again apologized for what happened and assured me she would be speaking to the store manager as well as the CS Representative to ensure something like this did not happen again.
