The kids, I mean young ladies, are always poorly trained. I recall being informed I couldn't do a return, and the policy is on the back of the receipt, and online. The manager is only concerned with being able to take trips for meeting sales. Just a bunch of fresh, underpaid, Cosmo students, with no true training. Why was I charged regular price, but provided membership card? I'll buy online.

Worst SERVICE EVER!! Earleen (The employee) was so RUDE to me and my daughter in front of other customers because I tried a spray on my daughters hair. Earleen rushed to where we were and demanded for me to give her the spray that i used and to handed to her. She had a lot of attitude, rolled her eyes and had the loudest voice. I work in the Customer service and that is no way to approach a customer. When she was at the register, I asked her if the Manager was there and she stated that this store doesn't have a manager. I mentioned to her that her behavior was unacceptable but, she continued to talk loudly and said " I wasn't being rude plus you shouldn't be trying any products" very sarcastically she continued to be rude and said "have a great night". Since when is it acceptable to talk back to customers?? Last time I will visit this store and purchase any items.

They could have friendlier girls working. The older girls are really helpful and nice!
