This location doesn't even deserve a one star in my opinion. My daughter went last night at 10pm after getting out of the emergency room to fill 3 prescriptions. When she pulled up to the drive thru window,  after waiting almost 10 min for someone to acknowledge her,  she was told that they close soon and won't be able to fill her prescriptions. She tried to explain that she has pneumonia and really needs them,  but again his response was we close soon.  It was a little after 10pm and they didn't close until 11pm and there wasn't another person there or in the parking lot.   The tech would not even give her the option to drop them off so they could start working on filling them so that she could get them first thing in the morning. He obviously was done working for the night and didn't want to be inconvenienced with having to do his job. This is unacceptable to me. People can walk into a fast food restaurant 2 minutes before closing and still get served. There's a level off customer service that should be obtained anywhere you go and Walgreens pharmacy has failed!

I am aware that Mucinex D is something people abused, so precautions are taken selling it. I have purchased it before and never has anyone asked me if it's for myself. My ID was scanned and purchase was made. My son inlaw and daughter went to this Walgreens on Christmas Day, thankful they were open since my son-in-law was sick and they had to take the drive to Calif. He forgot his ID but my daughter had hers and agreed to purchase it and offered her ID. Well, Brandon in Pharmacy very smuggly and condasending  refused to sell it, based on my daughter was not the one sick, and told him they would be open until 11:00pm so he has time to go home, get his ID and come back. I worked for Insurance in customer service 40 years and never was it okay to treat a customer like that.  My son inlaw was very sick and I was very angry at such unnecessary behavior. I called the store to talk to a Manager and spoke to Rob, who said he could help me as acting Mgr. I explained what had happened  and Rob said he didn't understand why Brandon refused the purchase to my daughter. Brandon dodged a cussing out since my daughter wouldn't let me go to the store. Rob, (hope I heard your name right) thank you for your apology and Customer Service as it should be. Brandon needs training or perhaps he did not care.

Worst pharmacy ever, why do I even try to refill my prescription ahead of time? Your sick and not feeling well, drive 20mins to Walgreens, wait in line 20mins. Finally get to the window and they tell you another hour. I'm not going to sit there and I'm driving home and coming back later tonight!

Fast service in Photo. Store is clean and staff is more then willing to help you find what you need or find something very close.
